Lord I am angry

I feel we have been lied to

Where is the PPE?

Where are the tests?

Wealth is being placed before life

We argue over sacraments and buildings

Whilst your children are dying

We celebrate over walks in the park

Whilst loved ones are grieving

We ask when football will come back

As people queue at foodbanks

Lord teach me to show love

Even when I am so mad I could lash out

Let me show compassion

When I'd rather shout in rage

Bring calm

Bring order

Bring justice

Bring peace
