In this time of lockdown it is important to maintain a rhythm to our day. It helps us maintain good mental health and reduce our levels of anxiety. We hope these prayers will help give some shape to your day and bring a little bit of hope during thee difficult times. 

So here you will find special versions of our usual prayers for morning, mid day, evening ,night and nocturne for the nights when sleep won't come. But as we go through this unusual period of lockdown we have felt the need to write prayers for some of the new situations we are all having to come to terms with.
